Very cool party. Great vibe. I don't think folks knew what a treat they were in for.
MY FAVORITE ITEM THAT EVENING WAS THE FLANK STEAK WITH MUSHROOM HERB SALT. THAT SALT IS REALLY INCREDIBLE FOR THOSE WHO LOVE AND WORSHIP THE EARTHY MUSHROOM.
ALL YOU DOLTS WHO WHERE GOBBLING UP THE TRUFFLE WITH POTATOES PROBABLY MISSED THE SUBTLE DELICIOUSNESS OF THE HERBS PLAYING AGAINST THE DEEP FLAVOR OF THE MUSHROOM HERB.
I still dream about the sea salt caramels with lavender salt. And the duck rillette. And the albacore tataki. I'm so glad I showed up on time before they all ran out. Thank you for a lovely evening. It was such a pleasure to meet you! I can't wait until the next event. I'll try to post up my review of the Salt Tasting Party soon. :)
